BACKGROUND

Colleen Militello grew up in the real estate business. The daughter of Flo Gresty, who owned and was broker of CENTURY 21 Classic Properties, Inc. for 35 years. Colleen learned from the ground up about the Sonoma County real estate market long before she even attended real estate school. Because of her many civic involvements, Colleen often knows what is happening in the real estate field even before it hits the advertising market. With her hands-on approach to each client, Colleen makes it easy and relaxing to find a new home, rather than a chore.

AFFILIATIONS

Also with a background in property management, Colleen is a member of National Association of Realtors (NAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR), the Bay Area Real Estate Information Services (BAREIS), and the Rohnert Park Chamber of Commerce, and has been a member of the CENTURY 21 team for over 23 years. All of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics that ensure their members are up to date of the latest marketing techniques, technologies and legislative information with regards to real estate as well as being held to the utmost standards of ethics with regards to clientele and their properties.

Effervescent and outgoing, Colleen has yet to meet a stranger. Having been Owner/Manager of Century 21 Classic Properties, Inc., past executive board of director for the Rohnert Park Chamber of Commerce, past President of the Boys & Girls Club, board of director for the Rohnert Park Theater Guild, a charter member of the Kiwanis Club of Rohnert Park/Cotati, one of the founders of the Rohnert Park/Cotati Rotary, and always active in her church. A devoted wife, mother of two, and grandmother to Caprice, Vito & Macie. Colleen has a caring attitude, which has brought her a long list of devoted friends and clientele.

CENTURY 21 Classic Properties, Inc. first opened in l974 under owner/broker Flo Gresty, Many of her original staff still remain. Since January 2007, we have joined forces with Century 21 NorthBay Alliance. Pat Provost is now acting Broker and Colleen Militello, Flo's daughter, manages the Rohnert Park Office.
